0.2.0 Bugs, compatibility, and style changes

Fixed bugs, verified compatibility, added example notebooks, and added nbviewer and binder badges with functional links. PyPi badge to a more friendly-looking color (green). Some grammar typos fixed. Cookiecutter program was ignored because it is inefficient and inconvenient to use (see discussion of this on https://github.com/timothycrosley/cruft/). Great stuff!
