Describe the PR

  • Adds a README that describes current state and caveats
  • Change license header and credit people accordingly
  • Let the user deal with shared GPIO/VBUS pin
  • Fix incorrect (missing) bus resume interrupt handling
  • Improve remote wakeup timekeeping
  • Implement dcd_deinit()
  • Fix incorrect usage of the UOWN bit after EP0 timeout/stall [most important, it fixes random crashes (~10% chance) during USB initialization]
