Development:
This updates the stylesheet to disable certain animations when the browser indicates reduced motion is desired via
@mediaquery.There's room to enable these styles via a configuration screen later, but it's not a blocker. Supported across modern browsers.
This disabled movement-based animations (e.g. the carousel, sticky heading animations). Opacity-based transitions are still kept.
