Create scripts that can run multiple TOPP algorithms

Currently we have different scripts to test/demo each algorithm. That doesn't scale well - it would be ideal to have a script that can call any of our algorithms, and set the algorithm it uses as a command line argument. This will be easier once we have #15

We could also have a script that runs multiple algorithms and shows a comparison of the results.
