Removed "is_collaborator" field in company model since it was unused. Made main collaborator value based on selected package. Clarified functionality for a few fields.

Improves fetching of main collaborator data, and adds additional fields for an introduction of the main collaborator, as well as data needed to play a video back.
Contains new translations and information about how to update translations.
