Extended Easy Jail to also lazy-load iframed videos (e.g. from YouTube).

While optimising my site I noticed that my iframed YouTube videos downloaded a lot of resources even if the visitor chose not to view them.
I found it would be natural to extend Easy Jail to also lazy-load these videos.
This change required also a change of the included jail.js.
Please review and feel free to further optimise. Thank you.
