Update deprecated pageXOffset and pageYOffset #419

pageXOffset and pageYOffset are deprecated and have been updated to scrollX and scrollY respectively. scrollX & scrollY do not work in Internet Explorer and older browsers. Conditional OR maintains compatibility in both modern and older browsers.
