Support for COMMAND_CLASS_SOUND_SWITCH

This release will allow playing tones and setting the volume for the doorbell 2.
All 7 End points has been added to the configuration (zw164_0_0.xml) allowing volume control for each end point separately.
The channel will be updated when the tone has finished playing.
Note that the channel name has been changed from play_tone to tone_play.

Known issues. The volume will not be updated in the item after restart.
