This commit adds the README.md file for the Knative Eventing Onboarding Research project. The README serves as the central navigation point for the research materials and includes: An overview of the project goals and outcomes. - A table of contents aligning with the research report structure. - Links to individual sections, including findings, recommendations, and methodologies. - References to the GitHub Project Board for task tracking and the related issue (knative#130).
This commit adds the Introduction.md file, which serves as the starting point for the Knative Eventing Onboarding Research project. This document includes: Executive Summary: A concise overview of the research project, objectives, and goals. Key Takeaways: A summary of the critical challenges and actionable insights identified during the study. Research Overview and Goals: Details on the scope, focus areas, limitations, exclusions, and current challenges of the research. Research Findings: An initial exploration of key areas requiring improvement, such as documentation, usability, and onboarding processes.
