New features: 1. Option to add multiple Reflect pages per day. 2. Option to customize Reflect page contents (spots for daily log location and uploaded status) 3. Option to hide the name of the month above the mini calendar on Daily pages to allow more room for more hours on the schedule 4. Option to add title to the very first page / Cover page 5. Option to add a key/legend to the Year page 6. Adjusted margins for RMPP, fitting more 7. Darker and thicker lines for RMPP display 8. Added RMPP YAML file 9. New compile_plannner.bat script to allow super easy/quick compilation 10. Cleaned up some of the .tpl and .go code, more robust 11. Adjusted vertical spacings of months on Quarterly pages so there's equal # of Notes lines to the right of each month 12. Maybe more I forgot

Removing both .gitignore and .gitkeep from the 'out' directory removes the 'out' from the repo. This breaks functionality on my Fedora box. I needed to manually add the out folder back into the repo to get this to build.
