Changes:

• Removed all carpet rules cause there weren't really any useful ones
• Redid interactions to be much more lag friendly and easy to use

• Fixed a crash with the explosion logger and specific entities, including end crystals and fireballs (thanks mojang). It is possible to improve everything by actually modifying these entities so they work properly but I'll do that later. For now, if the exploding entity is one of these, it'll say "null" in the logger instead of saying the entity type.
