Leaflet-IIIF v2.0.1 is significantly faster than v0.2.1 when an explicit
tileSizesetting is bigger than the default (#56 has not been applied torelease-0.2.x).Since Leaflet-IIIF v2.0.1 is not compatible with Leaflet v0.7.7, I have written a temporary workaround.
I'm not familiar with Leaflet, so I don't know if there's any problem with this workaround, but please use it if you like.
