Hello, we are trying to look at how we may be able to set up the Business Value Toolkit for our organization. We have a few questions related to the intended usage and process of how the toolkit should work from a user and administrator perspective:

1. How are the business units, strategic objectives, and average costs intended to be used? Our confusion is that administrators will not be able to predict or know the BUs, objectives, or costs for most citizen developers prior to them using the Business Value Capture app, which requires this information to be pre-populated in the model-driven admin app.
2. How is the "AssessmentFrequency" input value of the flow "New-PersonalProductivityAssessment" intended to be used? We cannot find any explanation of the feature in the documentation. Will this re-run the flow at the frequency specified?
3. Where do administrators go to view collected data from the Business Value Capture app?
4. Is there an explanation or example of a user case/user persona for the value analysis and value calculation sections of the Business Value Capture App? This section is not completely straightforward to us.
