Welcome back to new year in 2025. We are currently in the process of triage and provide update on Questions and Bugs submitted at the end of December 2024 and start of January 2025

Categorization of Issues

We have categorized issues recently from late December and January into the following groups:

• Questions: General inquiries and clarifications.
• Audit Log Issues: Critical for compliance and monitoring.
• Data Issues: Ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Cloud Errors: Priority given to flows that are affecting multiple users and requiring prompt attention.
• Setup/Upgrade Issues: Priority given to issues that are blocking new users from getting started or update to newer versions.
• App Related Errors: Impacting user experience.
• Power BI Reports: Issues using the Power BI templates included with the Kit that ensuring accurate reporting.
• Business Value Toolkit: Ensuring users can measure impact.
• Other Issues: Miscellaneous issues.

Priority Process

• First Issues: Issues that affect multiple users or core functionalities are prioritized for investigation / resolution.
• High Priority: Issues that impact user experience or data integrity.
• Medium Priority: General questions and non-critical bugs.
• Low Priority: Minor issues and enhancements.

Current Focus Areas

We are currently focusing on resolving the following types of issues:

• Audit Log Issues: Ensuring compliance and monitoring.
• Cloud Errors: Addressing errors affecting multiple users.
• Setup/Upgrade Issues: Facilitating smooth onboarding for new users.
