Update :
Now it is imported successfully but not upgraded the previous installed version (July 2024). Due to this inventory data synch is not happening though the flows inside the 4.45 solution runs but we are NOT get recent inventory data in Power Platform Admin view app or in Power BI reports.
When I try to import the Nov 2024 Core Solution 4.45 it is failing to import . Times out. When I tried in classic view , it only import , not upgrading.
