CoE Starter kit -Key vault Error

 Hi Team,

I am facing issue while importing core component.
Error: invalid format of key vault.

We even tried this format still getting same error
/subscriptions/{Subscription ID}/resourceGroups/{Resource Group Name}/providers/Microsoft.KeyVault/vaults/{Key Vault Name}/secrets/{Secret Name}
