Describe the issue

The flow that sends email when an item is modified in the Dataverse table is not triggered.

I've tried triggering the flow in a variety of ways, changing the values through the compliance app and directly in the table, but it still hasn't worked

Expected Behavior

When a change is made in the "Admin Requirement - Risk Assessment State" column the flow should be triggered
