[CoE Starter Kit - QUESTION] Flow Startup and Flows that send emails

Hello!

When we were installing CoE Starter Kit using the setup wizard, it has automatically added makers and sent emails to them. I have few questions regarding this matter.

1. If we use Setup Wizard does it automatically turn on a flow even we turned off that flow before starting the setup?

2. Does some flows send emails to users while the setup? If so what are those flows?
