TestATNConstruction tests done + improved Unicode data handling.

- Reworked Unicode data extraction. Now all available property names are used. Handling of short and full version of both property names and property value names improved.
- Upgraded to latest Unicode version (16.0).
- ToolANTLRParser now uses error listeners to report parse errors back (previously they were ignored).
- TestATNConstruction tests succeed.
