Skal opprette en oppgave av typen "VurderLivshendelse" hvis et barn blir født i måneden etter oppgitt terminmåned. Trenger derfor også å skille på NyttBarnÅrsak av typen "FØDT_ETTER_TERMIN". Se PR i ef-sak : navikt/familie-ef-sak#2445
