  1. Names and classification of Genes + HBA appear to be present in whbo:
    image
    but missing in PCL

I think this needs to be fixed in PCL before release.

  1. More minor issues (could potentially wait for future PCL release)
    a. We need to update the DOI: DOI:10.1101/2022.10.12.511898 --> DOI:10.1126/science.add7046
    b. We should think about what we're trying to achieve with
image - link currently doesn't resolve. If we want to keep it, we should try to make it work with planned Siletti Taxonomy release.

  • WHBO PCL artefact (Base + genes) developed and integrated to support Gene resolution.
  • HBA integrated to the PCL

Now size of the pcl-cl-full.owl (123 MB) exceeds GitHub size limits. Only base is committed, full is attached to here for review.

If this version is ready to go, we can delete pcl-full.owl and pcl-cl-full.owl from version control and add as release artefacts.
