I think it's a small bug due to the Pytorch itself

Motivation

just hope you can update the README.md to make the others convenient.

Modification

By following the recommended installation order, without install conda install mkl==2024.0 before mmcv i, it causes an error called undefined symbol: iJIT_NotifyEvent.

referance:pytorch/pytorch#123097

So the best practice of installation order is to add conda install mkl==2024.0 on step before mim install "mmcv>=2.0.0rc4,<2.1.0"
