Migration to Maven Central

This release is mainly to migrate from JCenter to Maven Central. In addition, a backup Maven repository is also now available at nexus.pcchin.com.

Implemented GPG signing on Bintray

No significant changes to the code, mainly signed this version to allow for publishing to Maven Central.

Publish to Bintray

This library is now available on Bintray at com.pcchin.licenseview:licenseview:1.1.0.

Bug Fixes

• Mitigated issue where resources in library would not show up if resources in the main module has the same name by renaming the layout

Downgraded Gradle

Gradle with version 3.5.3 cannot be used due to this issue
