Objective

Tend to post Beta Genesis file improvements

Origin Document

Follow up to adding the beta testnet genesis: pokt-network/pocket-network-genesis#8

Goals

  • Tend to TechDebt from the beta genesis file
  • Improve the genesis file in preparation for MainNet

Deliverables

  • Replace everything in the codebase named poktroll with pocket
  • Understand why we have applicationList and application_list in the genesis file and (most likely) remove the former. See this thread.

Non-goals / Non-deliverables

  • Create a new beta genesis file
