docs(python): Add example showing use of write_delta with delta_lake.WriterProperties

• Gives a further example in the docstring of DataFrame.write_delta showing users how to change the compression format
• Includes two links to the parts of the docs in Delta Lake that give the parameters responsible for writing to delta lake and configuring the Rust parquet writer respectively
