Fixes sul-dlss/exhibits#1091 (images not loading was likely due to an image server performance issue.
Needs some team / design discussion.Discussed with @ggeisler . Some behavior change was implemented, instead of zooming into the selected area of the image, the crop viewer now shows the a nicely fitted version of the image.
