Summary

Update all dependencies. In particular:

• Qiskit 0.46.0
• datamodel-code-generator 0.25.3
• ruff 0.2.0.

Changes in the generated models are changes to the black style (possibly just due to options changing in datamodel-code-generator).

New deprecations in Qiskit 0.46.0 are not addressed in this patch.
