Replace pacaur by yay

Pacaur installation is broken beyond repair. The replacement marks the EOL of version 1 of these scripts and the first commit of version 2 series. I also took the chance to update the library to the latest version at: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ansible/ansible/14b1febf64f03d5d1b7b02acb7749055accd12fc/lib/ansible/modules/packaging/os/pacman.py. Closes #15.
