meta-rauc-tegra: Remove

Remove meta-rauc-tegra because Jetson TX2 support was dropped from meta-tegra BSP layer at the end of 2021. Anyone interested in this machine can used it with the Dunfell branch. Fixes #116 Signed-off-by: Leon Anavi <[email protected]>
