Add support to QGIS 3 and above.

Fix spatial local entropy, now using locality sum at polygon

This update fixes spatial local entropy (now using locality sum at polygon), remove spatial condition for global entropy and index H and correct some typos. We strongly recommend those metrics are recalculated using the new version for accuracy of results.
