Issue: Growth Chart app requests the LOINC 37362-1 [1] for Bone Age. This Bone Age LOINC is for the radiology report (document) and not for a quantitative value. Hence after checking with the Terminologist's at Cerner we considered the LOINC 85151-9 [2] to be more aligned with the apps requirement of a quantitative value for Bone Age.

Changes: This PR adds the new LOINC and considers it as a primary source to get Bone Age and uses the old loinc as secondary.
