If you see incomplete or scrambled texts in your data, make sure that the encoding [configured in your paypal settings](https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/admin/checkout-settings/#configuring-language-encoding) matches your system encoding. Most likely you need to change it to UTF-8.
