I added WHIP/WHEP dependencies to the Raspberry Pi x64 pre-built image already (av1-whip support excluded), but for other users you may need to ensure you have the `gst-plugins-rs` installed to get WHIP out working. This may also mean you'll need Gstreamer 1.22 installed. If you want to use AV1, you'll also need to ensure you have an AV1 encoder available within Gstreamer; there's a few good options there.
