Initial version of irregular clinical data preprocessing pipeline and example code created
MIMIC3_48_IHM task is added
Discretizer module which is used for irregular clinical data processing is added
Pipeline currently only support lab events and only one dimension (valuenum) in each event, still need work on detailed configuration and normalization.
