Local Development Environment For BotFamework

WARNING: Please note that this is a local development version of your bot. File app.js has your LUIS creds so don't check it in!

Getting started

On the root of folder do:

npm install to install all the packages
npm start to start the server locally
Go to http://localhost:3978/ (Default can be changed)
