Publish the Dashboard nightly release image to ghcr.io Old images were at: `gcr.io/tekton-nightly/github.com/tektoncd/dashboard/cmd/<image-name>` With this change they will now be at: `ghcr.io/tektoncd/dashboard/<image-name>`
