Use recently added version string for cache busting js and css content

- Updated the asset links in index.html to include versioning query parameters for CSS and JavaScript files. This change ensures that the latest versions of the assets are loaded, improving cache management and reducing potential issues with stale files.
- Changed the font size of the version number in the sidebar from 'text-sm' to 'text-xs' and added 'text-gray-500' for better visual clarity. This enhances the overall appearance and consistency of the sidebar component.

Walkthrough

The pull request introduces minor UI and asset versioning modifications across two HTML files. In the sidebar, the version number's font size is reduced and styled with a gray color. In the index file, asset links are updated to include version query parameters, which helps manage browser caching by ensuring the latest asset versions are loaded when changes occur.

Changes

File Change Summary
views/elements/sidebar.html Modified version number display: reduced font size from text-sm to text-xs, added text-gray-500 class for gray text color
views/index.html Added version query parameters ({{.Settings.Version}}) to CSS and JavaScript asset links for cache management
