Converts creator header to flexbox to get rid of nasty, nasty float properties
Replaces pixelated Materia PNG logo with SVG variant
Updates to question bank toggle button and dialog styles
Rewords a few question bank references to be more applicable to Matching
Fixes audio play button in creator that went on a little adventure outside the button bounding box
