Make "Show all other responses" a toggle-able option that's disabled by default

One of the features unique to Word Guess is how the score screen uses the question feedback fields to display all other submissions for a given word. While cute and interesting in a "Mad Libs" style, this is a feature ripe for abuse and isn't really compatible with the current incarnation of Materia. At the very least, it should become a toggle-able option in the creator that's disabled by default - and instructors should be warned of what it does if they do choose to enable it.
