Task: Identify key initiatives already in flight - and their developers - that can be brought in under the umbrella of this project.

Subgroups identified so far:

Functional requirements / TL: Paul
UX / UI Design vetting / TL: Ralph
Technology selection & development for front-end / TL: Alex
Data models & persistence selection(s) / TL: Richard

Definition of done:

tech leads identified for each task for next 4-6 months
tech leads create or update task tickets ASAP for milestone 1 efforts related to that group
tech leads help identify people to take on work for the tasks
