Drupal 8 Bootstrap SASS XL Breakpoint

Adds an extra breakpoint for sites that want to include wide screen monitors.

The extra breakpoint is 'XL' and has the width of 1500px;

Instructions

1. Install the Drupal Bootstrap theme as normal using the SASS starterkit as the sub theme.
2. Add the XL breakpoint files into the sub theme overwriting the files _overrides.scss and style.scss
