Implement fetching of vault risk scores from ySec. Scores are defined in the repository: https://github.com/spalen0/risk-score/blob/master/strategy/STRATEGY.md
Will this also update the risk scores periodically? E.g. if the risk score is set and ySec updates the risk score in repository above, will this code update risk score to new value or we will need to open PR with updated values?
