Add vitesse theme refined

There is already an auto-generated vitesse theme in Zed, but this one corrects color inaccuracies and fills in missing colors.

Have you reached out to the existing Vitesse Theme (d1y/vitesse.zed) maintainer @d1y to see if they would be willing to merge your changes / add you as a maintainer?

I'm willing to merge this separately too, but just thought I'd ask because I'd rather have one Vitesse theme than two divergent ones if possible.

@notpeter I did not because I wasn't sure how to contact them, but I will create an issue on their repo to see if we can somehow merge our work
