Don't append a newline to $CUTBUFFER

Easy TODOs:

Distinguish between visual-mode and visual-line-mode yanks
Handle vi-yank-whole-line and vi-yank-eol

"We have to reimplement ZLE's yank logic ourselves" TODOs:

Recognize characterwise/linewise motions which are inputted after vi-yank. (e.g. "xy$, yy, "xyj)
OR: Get upstream Zsh to expose vilinerange


          Partial fix for #17.
