Theseus Units contains several new factions utilising Vanilla, Western Sahara, Theseus Services and optionally ACE/CUP assets.

The factions available are;

  • African Militia
  • British Armed Forces
  • Eastern Europe
  • French Foreign Legion
  • Greek Cartel
  • Law Enforcement Factions
  • Northern Africa
  • Northern Asia
  • Seven Rings (East & West)
  • Somali Pirates
  • Southern Africa
  • Taliban (Militia & Veterans)
  • Vanguard PMC

Some factions will have different gear dependent on if CUP is loaded.
All factions have regional character names.
If ACE is loaded, Engineers and Medics will carry ACE supplies instead of IFAKs/Medikits.
Factions have their own ammunition types to provide a tougher style of gameplay.
Most factions have custom textured vehicles and or equipment.
AI can utilise AT rockets to fire on Infantry, AP units are more likely to do so.

Fixes for issues found so far.

  • Ammunition
    • Debug mode was still enabled, ammo shows in Arsenal.
  • Assets
    • Removed vehicle editorPreviews for now.
  • Greek Cartel
    • RPG unit using AP rockets but not marked as AP, just switched him to regular AT.

  • Somali Pirates; Small-scale water based African faction. (#81)
  • Southern Africa; More modern African army (#99)
  • Taliban; Split into Militia and Veteran units (#83)

Changed:

  • All vehicle base classes will be included into CfgVehicles from now on (#70)
  • All vehicle textures are now done via textureSources (from Assets) (#70)
  • Cartel is now known as "Greek Cartel" (#90)
  • CUP Turret base classes are now included inside Assets component. (#70)
  • Faction overwrites is now separated into Vanilla and sub configs for Missing Units & CUP (#111)
  • File structure has changed to have vehicles in it's own file. (#70)
  • Medical backpacks now contain full ACE Medical supplies
  • New macro for CfgGroups for easier creation (#86)
  • Police faction got overhauled to be vanilla (#110) (If CUP is loaded, uses old CUP gear (#122))
