Add worksflows for build test

Added workflows for CI, rustfmt and clippy. mdbooks build and test works fine. Fuzzer test randomly fail, see issue

I think we need to change the deploy key, as the log output indicates it's not a correct deploy key.

Otherwise we may want to add the key manually to git/agent or switch to the app approach?

Can't reproduce the bug since I've added the apt-get update.
If it pops up again I will open a new PR
