`translators:` was commented out.
- Use a span and a language attribute to identify the text left in English - Translate "Summary" and "Page Contents", based on already published Japanese translations - For links to internal WAI pages, only keep the Japanese translation in the link text: (in English) will be automatically added.

Thank you very much @MakotoUeki. I have just pushed some minor/mostly technical edits. The translation looks okay to me (using an automatic translation tool) |
