Mars Patch v1.50.15048
What's Changed
- Fix: Terraformers Limit is set to 2 if Terraforming level is 1.
- Fix: Terraformers upper limit is tile area (default 35) / 5.
- Fix: Try not to build terraformers next to volcanos if possible.
- Fix: Allow Governor to build buildings even if there is a Terraformer in queue.
- Fix: Deprioritize terraformers for non blueprints player governors and AI.
- Fix: In case a planet has blueprints - do not build terraformers until completion has reached 50% (if the plan size is over 50% of tile area) or reached 100% if plan is less than 50% of tile area)
- Fix: Update Colony Screen Terraform tab on the fly if terraforming was research when the tab was open.
- Fix: Artifact fertility mod ignored spiritual or cynical trait for future colonization.
- Fix: Empire management screen - production left for construction queue was wrong.
- Fix: Do not delete event terraformers when removing terraformers unless terraform process is fully completed.
- Fix: When scrapping military buildings, the credits refund was based on production cost instead of credit costs.
- Notifications: Added an option to disable ships planet crash events.

What's Changed
- Fix: AI gets upset where it starts a colonization goal where the system already has colonized planets by someone else.
- Fix: Do not create radiating suns if the first planet is habitable.
- Fix: Do not select closest volcanic planets to radiating suns as a potential for orbit shift change event (making it habitable).
- Fix: Building list and troop list are deleted from a planet if it was a habitable volcanic and transformed to barren/desert - cause strange issues with the planet.
- Fix: remove queued building if they cannot be placed on the designated tile anymore.
- Fix: Colony screen stuck and may crash if pressing arrows to move between colonies if all colonists are die when the colony screen is opened.
- Balance: Reduce env change chance.

What's Changed
- Feature: Added ability for players to set some of their planets as prioritized ports. Meaning that all ships (only ships) which are ordered by any automated logic will use ONLY the prioritized ports, if these actually have space ports and not in ground combat.
- Prioritized Port is enabled in the colony screen / empire management screen - governor tab.
- You can see which planets are prioritized in the empire management screen under each planet's icon.

Espionage!
This is a redesign of the old Agent system. Espionage uses Infiltration Levels per empires where you get passive bonuses and you are able to activate offensive missions per Infiltration level.
The Espionage points you get based on your population for free, and you can further increase the budget by paying credits.
The bigger the rival empire, the easier it will be to infiltrate it and vice versa.
Each empire you encounter enables you to invest a weight of your total budget and the progress / ETA of operations will be determined by that weight.
This system is new and you will encounter bugs. So please update me in the #issues-and-testing-blackbox channel when you see them.
If you are fond of the old Agents system, you can enable it in the Rule options before you start a game. It will disable the new system.
