Mowing Tool

Everybody loves Sickles or Scythes, but unfortunately, aren't in IndustrialCraft 2 Classic (IC2C). Instead, we have the Mowing Tool, an Electric Tool that doesn't break, but instead uses Energy!

The Mowing Tool, an Electric Utility crafted from a Turbine Blade, Electronic Circuit, RE-Battery, and 4 Refined Iron Ingots, is a Low-Voltage tool. As such, the Mowing Tool can be charged in a Batbox and higher, and will also be charged from an equipped utility, such as a Batpack, Industrial Belt, etc.

The Mowing Tool can be toggled (by default is Disabled) by right-clicking when the item is current equipped. When activated, will "mow", or remove, any Leaves, Grass, Flowers, etc. that the player looks at.

The Mowing Tool can also be used to "mow", or rather cut, entities. When enabled, and the player is looking at an entity, the entity, if it can take damage, will begin taking (with no armor) 1/2 heart per hit, or "mow".

The Mowing Tool passively draws 1 EU/t when enabled and equipped; if enabled but not equipped, will not draw energy.
